It was near the main attractions and the owner Patel was wonderful helping me get in contact with booking.com concerning a problem I had at a previous 1 bed apartment which I left in a hurry after 1 night as I believe the host came into the apartment when I was out for the day. Patel speaks French so he spoke to booking.com and waited patiently on hold and was marvelous helping me out. His Employee who cleans the rooms was so kind and accommodating at my every request. I highly recommend this hotel, good honest family owned and go out of their way to help. Thank you

The location and the view of the Cathedral of Lisieux. Public parking opposite in front of the cathedral. (A bit confusing with the payment system at the parking. Not related to the hotel.) The staff was very friendly and helpful. Brought us towel and a radiator because it was quite chilly weather but we didn’t need to use it. Nespresso machine in the room. Beds were comfortable. There was a lift.
